Job Description
- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
- Applying operating system and antivirus updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Answering technical queries and assisting production users.
- Having good experience in Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Antivirus and Backup.
- Having good experience in Installation & Configuration on switches, Routers & Firewalls.
- Having knowledge in handling ticket tool, MS Office Packages and desktop related issues
- Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
- Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
- Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to replicate, diagnose and resolve problems.
- As an Administrator, you should be able to do system administration, Incident / problem determination and resolution, Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management. Should be able to handle issues independently and suggest/ implement services improvements plans.
