Job Description
Job Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in IT Support
- Excellent communication skills
- Desktop/laptop support with Windows/ MacOS
- Printer, VOIP applications like Hangout/skype config and troubleshooting
- Basic network support with hands-on network switches, routers, firewall, broadband routers
- Monitoring tools and helpdesk tools hands-on experience ( Spiceworks, Solarwinds, Manage engine, etc )
- Can create automation scripts and do some development work
- Knowledge or hands-on experience of AWS, Cyber Security
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bachelors in IT or equivalent
- Open to working in NIGHT Shifts
