Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, printers and more
- troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
Required Skills:
- Proper phone etiquette
- Problem Solving, LAN Knowledge, Help Desk Experience, Verbal Communication, Operating Systems, Phone Skills, Customer Service, Quality Focus, PC Proficiency, System Administration
- Ability to speak, write and type clearly and accurately
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
