- Looking for a Dynamic,enthusiastic technical recruiter to Join iANTZ for our client who is a leading IT Consulting Company based in Fremont,CA
- You will be working to help recruit resources for thier Direct US Based Clients.
- Immediate joiner shall be preferred.
Preferred Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills.
- Someone who is self motivated and driven
- Experience with using Job Boards for Sourcing Candidates : Dice, Monster, LinkedIN Recruiter, Naukri
- Understanding of Boolean Search
- Basic Understanding of Technical terms : J2EE,DBA,Hadoop,Sys Admin etc
- Understanding of Employment Terms : C2c,w2,1099,Opt,H1B etc
- Be a team player. work closely with business teams
- Ability to work with a target oriented approach.
- Most Important -Great attitude and communication skills.
- Able to work on US timings.
- Review and understand assigned requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts based on those requirements.
