Job Description
- Manage help desk ticketing queue.
- Detailed logging of incoming calls using helpdesk software (Kaseya).
- Resolve first-tier support issues; route second and third-tier support issues to appropriate IT support staff (printing issues, network connectivity, MS Office, basic application troubleshooting).
- Follows-up on all calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Active Directory administration. (add, disable and delete users and understand NTFS and file share permissions).
- Windows desktop administration (Windows 7/10).
- Basic SharePoint administration is a plus (add user permissions) • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Mobile Device Management (iPhones/Android).
- Be very neat & detail oriented (understand the importance of following procedures, documentation).
- Provide remote assistance to users in a mobile environment.
- Manage enterprise antivirus (deployment, virus and malware removal as needed).
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications.
- VPN client troubleshooting.
- Exchange 2010 administration (add and delete users) .
