The University invites applications from Indian Nationals in the prescribed form for Guest Faculties to teach the subjects mentioned for each department in the First Semester 2016-2017 academic session in various departments of Faculty of Engineering & Technology
Department
1. Architecture
2. Construction Engineering
3. Food Technology and Bio-Chemical Engineering
4. Information Technology
5. Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering
6. Production Engineering
Qualifications
a) Masters’ degree with first class or equivalent at B.E./B.Tech./B.Pharm. or M.E./M.Tech./M.Pharm. in relevant branch of Engineering (Engg.) and Technology (Tech.) / Pharmacy
The Minimum Eligibility Criteria for guest faculties for non-Engineering Subjects : a) Masters’ degree with first class or equivalent at Bachelors or Masters level in relevant branch of study.
Desirable : 1. Food Technology and Bio-Chemical Engineering
a. M. Sc. In Chemistry preferably with PhD Degree / Teaching Experience
b. M.Sc. in Mathematics preferably with PhD Degree / Teaching Experience
c. M.Tech. / M.E. in FTBE / Biotechnology or M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Microbiology/ Genetic Engg. / Food Science & Nutrition preferably with PhD Degree / Teaching Experience
d. M.Tech. / M.E. in FTBE / Chemical Engg. preferably with PhD Degree / Teaching Experience
e. M.Tech. / M.E. in FTBE / Chemical Engg./Instrumentation and Control Engg. preferably with PhD Degree / Teaching Experience
f. M.Tech. / M.E. in FTBE / Chemical Engg./ Biochemical Engg. preferably with PhD Degree/ Teaching Experience
Remuneration : Guest faculties will be paid remuneration at the rate of Rs. 300/- per class period.
Age Limit : Upper age limit of applying candidates is 70 years as on 30.11.2016.
