Job Description
- To develop J2EE applications with backend as any of database systems like Oracle or SQL Server.
- To resolve customer problems by applying troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- To collaborate with Development, QA, and Professional Services teams to ensure smooth deployment, stabilization and maintenance of customer installations.
- To manage customer issues taking changing priorities and SLA into consideration.
- To promote detailed communication and sharing of information among overall Technical Support and Engineering support organizations.
- To take ownership for and respond to client escalations as appropriate.
- To develop project proposals.
- To perform coding and/or configuration to meet documented needs, utilizing standard procedures and techniques.
- To interface with the business analysts, project managers, and/or customers to clarify requirements.
- To contribute to the development of test plans and participates in post-implementation reviews.
- To provide daily operational support for production systems including providing on-call support.
