- Must and should 2 skills(Spring MVC, Hibernate, Struts 2, JSF, Google Web Toolkit, Vaadin, Stripes, OpenXava, ...)
- Good Logical & Analytical skills
- Expert of Java, OOP patterns
- Architecture of high loaded Java applications
