CFO Tech Product Control SME lead is a key role in shaping and driving Production Service (PS) delivery capability based out of Pune.
This SME lead will have a good understanding of portfolio of services delivered by PS to the CFO Product Control business partners in Pune

Act as a single point of contact for managing production stability, end user service delivery and vendor partner management in the location collaborating with key SME’s and senior service delivery leads across development and support functions.
Responsible for BaU Production Service functions such as: Incident and Problem Management, Acceptance into Service /Service Change, RtB budget forecasting and management, Scheduled event coordination (e.g. DR testing, QMW, building power-downs, change freezes etc), Provide standardized production stability and metrics reporting demonstrating stability improvements and production control/risk management.

Prior work experience/ sound knowledge supporting CFO business processes including product control functions such as PnL calculation, Valuation and Risk control functions for different financial instruments like OTC, Swap, Options & other derivative products will be desirable. Should have a strong technical experience on Unix, Java, Oracle and Informatica.

The role offers an outstanding opportunity to extend the penetration of Automation and Machine Learning tools. Familiarly with any of the following technology, Big Data/Hadoop domain and Python/Spark/R language is desirable.

This role will also provide oversight as required to significant operations undertaken by vendor partners in Pune.

AAA performance -

Evolve into a trusted PS partner and will manage the relationship, facilitate the communication and coordination amongst vendor partner, business and PS partners
Rollout good delivery practices, vendor controls, align with CS guidelines, legal requirements, face off internal/external audit for PS and provide transparency on service delivery quality, headcount, budget, and drive improvement.
Seek excellent feedback on cost effective high quality of service delivered by the India vendor team and the stakeholder relationship management in APAC and other regions.

University degree preferably from a premier institute preferably in IT or Banking
Preferably 8-10 years of experience in User Production roles
Experience in managing 24x7 PTG operations as a team lead having mix of internal and outsourced staff
Experience in owning and driving pivotal initiatives to improve service quality and cost efficiency
Strong experience in handling business partner expectation, timely communication and vendor resource and service management
Experience in service deployment and onboarding.
Sound knowledge of ITIL processes, in house developed application support and commonly used technologies e.g. Unix, Windows, Oracle, Sybase, Control-m, autosys
Ability to prioritize and deliver tasks against agreed timeline
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
Strong influencing, collaboration and relationship building skills
Track record of working in a multi-task, international environment with an ability to work effectively cross border
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking, can work on own initiative whilst working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
