Practice/Function Development Location Pune Type of Job :- Permanent Experience 6 months -3 Years

Technical SkillsMandatoryStrong understanding of Object Oriented ProgrammingStrong skills in Core Java, JSP / Servlet.Strong development experience in J2EE / Java 1.5, Spring framework.Good experience in MVC (any).Good experience of Hibernate or any other O/R mapping framework.Strong experience in Tomcat/JBoss/any other web serverStrong Oracle/ MS SQL Server and database designing skillsExcellent grasp of standard SDLC / Agile-Scrum developmentGood experience of using source control systemsA natural communicator who can explain esoteric technical concepts in clear, plain English (both written and verbal)Should be able to explain at least one of his/her development assignments with reasoning; as to how it was designed, what controls were used and why
Other desirable skills: Familiarity with Design Patterns, techniquesExposure to JBoss-Seam/ GWT / Flex is a big plusGood experience in Web Services.
