Job Description
Applications are invited for the position of Project Assistant (1) in the ICMR-funded project entitled “Identification of predictive markers for breakthrough infection after vaccination”.
Essential Qualification: Graduate in science/ relevant subject/ from a recognized university with three years of work experience from a recognized institution or master’s degree in the relevant subject with six months of certified research experience.
Desirable: Candidates with prior experience in working with Risk group 2 pathogens and cell culture will be given a preference.
No. of Post: 01
Upper age limit: 30 years
Salary: As per ICMR norms, the salary is ₹31,000/- p.m. consolidated.
Duration of the project: The selected candidate will be appointed on a purely temporary basis, initially for one year and which is renewable for another year, subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate.
The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. JNU reserves the right to relax any of the qualifications in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified by the Selection Committee.
