Bioinformatics “Post doctoral Research Associate” position in SciWhyLab
1. Post Name: Post-doctoral Research Associate
2. A post doctoral position has become available in a DBT-funder project titled “Data Driven Modeling of Pathogen-specific host responses mediated by nucleic acids sensing proteins”. The project involves development of machine learning and statistical methods to decode protein-nucleic acid interactions involved in host-pathogen systems both in the extracellular and cytoplasmic environments.
3. The position is open to a person with strong computational skills and good knowledge of biological systems, particularly evolutionary patterns in host-pathogen interactions
4. Applicants should have been awarded a doctoral degree before the time of their interview.
5. Appointment will be made only for a period of 6 months or until the project lasts.
6. Salaries will be as per the rules of Department of Biotechnology.
