Job Description
- Preparations & discharge day to day activity relating to taxation.
- Compute monthly taxes & ensure timely payment of taxes GST, TDS and ensure payment of PF, ESI etc before due dates.
- Preparation & filling of GST Returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B.
- Preparation of monthly TDS details to be deposited & quarterly filing of the returns.
- Prepare of Annual GST Return & Filling.
- Timely Issuance of TDS Forms 16/16A to Vendors/Employee etc.
- Input Tax Credit reconciliation (GST Portal 2A with Books), follow up with Vendors/Customers for correction/Modification and reconciliation.
- Responsible for handling PO's, monthly closing reports & MIS Reports.
- Preparation of accounts statement & monitoring regular cash flow.
