Job Description
- We are looking for only FEMALE Jr. HR Executive full-time with good communication skills in (English, Hindi & Bengali).
- Also dynamic and intelligent and smart.
- This is an Urgent position first come first serve basis.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Process.
- Understanding job description provided by the company.
- Sourcing quality profiles - From the Job portals, internal data base, Employee References, Mass mail, etc.Sourcing, Screening & Short listing the candidates through various mediums.
- Have knowledge about the Job Portals like Naukri and Monster Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization, etc.
- Taking telephonic round of interview before sending them to client.
- Taking personal interviews of the candidates & to send the screened candidates for further round with the Management Coordinating with the Management and the candidates Follow up with the candidates and clients
- Job Location : Kolkata
- Qualification - Graduate
- Salary - 7000 to 12000
