Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the design, coding, testing, and maintenance of in-house software solutions.
- Understands and executes the software development life cycles and processes at Bit Brothers.
- Establishes and meets project deadlines.
- Creating documentation on Bit Brothers front-end standards, and helping to maintain the Bit Brothers pattern-library.
- Adheres to and develops coding standards set forth by other developers.Interface with designers, developers, and business personnel to create and implement UI/UX solutions.
Requirements:
- Quick learner.
- Experience in front-end development HTML/CSS, responsive web, etc.
- Interest in modern web development; CSS/HTML/Javascript preprocessors, AngularJS, etc.
Brownie Points
- Basic understanding of BEM css naming conventions and Atomic Design principles.
- Has front-end resources they rely upon (e.g. newsletters, websites).
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knows what a pattern-library/style-guide is.
- Likes coding in their free time.
