Project: “Development of GA sensitive semi dwarf high yielding climate resilient wheat utilizing marker assisted background selection, CSS-15 (PC-6181)”
Essential Qualifications: B.Sc.(Agri.)/B.Sc.(Hort.)/B.Sc.(Forestry)/B.Sc.(Medical)/ B.Sc.(Biotechnology ) with minimum OCPA 6.0/10.0 basis or 60 % marks. M.Sc. in Plant Breeding/Plant Breeding & Genetics/Genetics (crop plants)/Biotechnology (crop plants)/Botany with minimum OGPA of 3.40/4.00 or OCPA 6.50/10.0 basis or 65% marks.

Fellowship: Rs. 25000/- P. M. fixed for 1st and 2nd year and Rs.28000/ p.m fixed + 20% HRA
Application Fee: Rs. 200/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Note: The candidate who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D Degree in the discipline required at Master’s level, shall be eligible for the post. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with three years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification and two years research experience.
