Job Description (Remote Work/Work From Home) (US IT Staffing) :-

• Looking Freshers in US Staffing /US IT Recruiting
• Regularly interacting with Team Lead/Account Manager to understand the requirements.
• Identifying right candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (LinkedIn, Career Builder, Dice, Monster, Indeed & others)
• Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Answer candidate’s queries about compensation and benefits.
• Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking & employee referrals.
• Should be able to understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
• Good to have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts.
• Should be able to Understand US Tax terms & Visa
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Communicating with the Team Lead/Account Manager on daily basis regarding candidates & submissions.
• Scheduling Candidates interview with clients.
• Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage.
• Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
• Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills.
• Soft skills- High degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude and passion towards recruitment.
