Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the DST-SERB Funded Project in VIT School of Agricultural Innovations and Advanced Learning (VAIAL) Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT),Tamil Nadu
Title of the Project: “ Characterization of Drought Stressed Okra (Abelmoschus esculentus) Cultivars to Reveal the Critical Signalling Pathways and Homeostatic Maintenance Employing Grafting techniques and Proteomic Approach ”

Qualification:Essential: M.Sc./M.Tech or equivalent in Agriculture/Biotechnology and its related disciplines
Desirable: Candidates having knowledge in grafting techniques/molecular biology and protein and experience in technical writing will be preferred.
Stipend:Rs. 31,000/- per month
Sponsoring Agency:DST-SERB, Govt. of India
Duration:2 years.
