Candidates with a Bachelors degree in civil engineering with valid GATE/NET score OR /Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or M.Tech. in Earth and Atmospheric Science; Remote sensing would be preferred. Preferable skills: Knowledge on Matlab, Linux, Unix, Fortran, C, shell scripting with a good scientific writing skill is required.
