2. Name of the Temporary Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 1 No.
3. Name of the Research Project: Development of a force plate sensor cum kinematic sensor node for comprehensive gait profiling for early detection of locomotive syndrome
4. Name of the Sponsoring Agency: Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India
5. Tenure of the Project: 03 Years
6. Tenure of the Assignment: 03 Years
7. Job Description: Research work.
8. Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship: INR 31,000/- per month for 1st year & 2nd year as JRF. INR 35,000/- per month for 3rd year as SRF.
9. Essential Qualifications and experience:
a) ME/MTech/MScEngg/MPharm/MArch/MPlan/MDes in relevant discipline with at least 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks or 1st class in both BE/BTech/BScEngg/MSc/BPharm/MCA/BArch/ BDes or equivalent, and ME/MTech/MScEngg/MPharm/ MArch/MPlan/MDes from a recognized Technical Institute University. (or)
b) BE/BTech/BScEngg/MSc/BPharm/MCA/BArch/BDes or equivalent in relevant discipline with CGPA of 7.0 or 65% marks. (or)
c) MSc in Basic Sciences with CGPA 7.0 or 65% marks in relevant disciplines. For applicants with valid GATE/NET/GPAT or equivalent score, requirement may be relaxed by maximum 0.5 CGPA or 5% marks.
10. Desirable Qualifications/ Experiences M.E / M.Tech with minimum 60% marks or equivalent with preferred GATE score. Previous research experience related to the project is preferred. *Final year students (B.Tech / M.Tech) who are graduating in May / June 2021 with GATE qualified are encouraged to apply.
11. Accommodation Bachelor accommodation in the Institute hostel will be provided subject to availability
