Junior Research Fellow (JRF) job recruitment in National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur on contract basis
Project Title : 'Water Treatment for Removal of Chromium and Arsenic by Microbial Method Followed by Adsorption: Sustainable Solution with Minimum Environmental Impact'

Qualification : First class with 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale in B. Tech./B.E. in Chemical/ Biotechnology/ Biochemical Engineering and First class with 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale in M. Tech in Chemical / Biotechnology / Biochemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering
Desirable : Candidate having working experience in bioprocess, cell culture, protein extraction, immobilization, water treatment will be will be given additional preference
Fellowship : Consolidated fellowship of Rs. 25,000/- per month for JRF. Selection committee may consider for SRF position with consolidated fellowship of Rs. 28,000/- per month depending on the experience of the candidate.
Age Limit : Candidates should not be more than 28 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Women/Differently abled candidates.
