Project Title : “Taxonomic revision, chemotaxonomy using fatty acid profiles and molecular
phylogeny of the aromatic family Lamiaceae (subfamily Nepetioideae) in India
with special reference to the biogeographic origin and relationship of the Indian
endemic radiations of the genus Isodon)”
Fellowship : Rs.31,000/PM + 10% HRA for 1 st and 2 nd year & Rs.35,000/PM + 10%HRA for 3 rd year on satisfactory completion of first 2 years.
Essential Qualifications: (1) First Class M.Sc. in Botany/ Plant Science (2) NET/ JRF
Desirable qualification: Preference will be given to those who have research experience in Plant Taxonomy and marker based Phylogenetic analysis.
