Job Description
DBT- Project “Global perspective of transcriptome, proteome and metabolome
of root-knot nematode effectors conferring host specificity and host response to
them during disease development”
JRF /02 Posts
Essential:
Master’s degree in Botany/ Zoology/ Biotechnology/ Life Science/ Nematology
with 4 or 5 years Bachelor’s degree with 1st Division or 60% marks or
equivalent overall grade point average in Bachelors and Masters degrees.
Those
with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or
equivalent or Ph.D. in any of above disciplines (As per ICAR memorandum F.No.
Agri. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD Dated 13.07.2015 and F.No. Agri. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD
Dated 09.10.2015)
Desirable: Experience in basic molecular biology techniques
and bioinformatics.
Pay Scale :Rs.25000
Project Assistant/ 01 Post
Essential: Bachelors Degree in Molecular biology, Life Sciences, or B.Sc. (Ag).
Desirable : At least two years of research experience in any of above mentioned
discipline.
Pay Scale : Rs. 18000
