JRF Chemistry Job vacancies in Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST)
Project: “Development of Nanoparticle or microparticle Adjuvanted Subunit Oral vaccine against poultry Salmonellosis”
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Chemistry / Nanotechnology with at least 55% aggregate marks. Desirable Qualification/Qualities: GATE / NET/ NET-LS candidates will be given preference. The candidates should have strong background in Biochemistry/ Nanotechnology related areas with MSc dissertations done in these areas.
Fellowship: Rs. 25,000 + 20 % HRA per month for NET qualified candidates Rs. 12000 + 20 % HRA per month for non-NET qualified candidates (GATE/NET-LS)
Age limit: Not more than 28years as on 31-12-2016

a premier scientific research organization in the north-east region,
conceived and nurtured by the Assam Science Society in its initial years
and was inaugurated by Nobel Laureate Dorothy C. Hodgkin on 3rd
November 1979. Subsequently, it was supported by the state govt. as its
only autonomous R&D institute till March 2009. The institute was
taken over in March, 2009 by the Ministry of Science and Technology,
Govt of India as one of its autonomous R&D institute.
