Job Description
Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow in the DBT-sponsored
collaborative project of TIET, Patiala and CSIR-IMtech, Chandigarh.
Title of the Project: Optimization of the myoglobin enzyme production and development of
biocatalytic cyclopropanation process for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals
precursors
Name of the Post : Junior Research Fellow
Pay Scale: Rs. 31,000/- pm Plus HRA
Essential Qualification :M.Sc. (Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
The candidate having hands on experience; Dissertation/short term project/ internship/training in the area of Organic Chemistry/Biocatalysis will be preferred. NET/GATE qualified candidate will be preferred. The candidate should have report writing skills and interest in pursuing career in research.
