Qualification : M. Tech. or M.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialization/expertise in Microelectronics, Nanoelectronics, VLSI Design, with first division and B. Tech. or B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with first division. (The student having prior experience in Nanoscale Semiconductor Device Modelling, Device Characterization, Low Power VLSI Design, TCAD tools simulations etc. will be preferred)
