- Project Title: Design and development of innovative MOSFET and some investigations on its novel properties for industrial deployment
- The applicants should have consistent good academic record.
- The applicants should be M.E. / M.Tech. Degree in Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering / VLSI Design/ Microelectronics/ Nanotechnology with B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering with GATE / NET score OR M.Sc.
- Degree in Electronics with NET score with minimum of first class from a reputed institute.
- Final year students passing out by June 2018 may also apply.
- Where class is not specified 65% marks or 7.0 OGPA will be considered as First class
