JRF Electronics & Communication recruitment in Thapar University
Project Title : “Low Complexity Power-Efficient Reconfigurable Implementation of Fractional Order Filters for Weak ECG Nonstationary Biomedical Signal Processing Applications”
Qualifications: Post-Graduate (M.E./M.Tech.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent, with specialization in Signal Processing and Embedded System Design, with marks not below 70% and should possess basic under-graduate B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with marks not below 70% and a valid GATE score.
Desirable Experience: (i) Good research potential in the related area (in the form of demonstrative research projects/ thesis) along with relevant credentials in the form of Science Citation Indexed Impact Factor Journal publications, Patents, etc. (ii) Good experience with languages such as LabVIEW / MATLAB / Python / C / C++ ; prior knowledge of VHDL / Verilog ; should have the capability of various Signal Processing, Circuits and Embedded Systems (especially FPGAs), Machine Learning, Estimation Theory concepts. Note : Please do not apply if you are not well-versed, proficient and comfortable with the computational programming languages. (iii) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
