JRF Electronics recruitment BIT Mesra
Project entitled :“Computational identification and validation of genome wide protein-protein interaction network in rice and rice blast' at Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, BIT Mesra, Ranchi.
Eligibility: M.E. / M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and related disciplines OR B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with GATE qualification.
Desirable: (1) Experience in MATLAB/ Python with web tool design is desirable.(2) Basic Knowledge on Biology and Mathematics is desirable. (3) Candidates with valid GATE score or NET qualification and/or have working experience on bioinformatics will get preference.(4) Experience in Data mining and Machine learning is desirable.
Number of Posts: One
Fellowship/month: Rs 25,000 for first 2 years, then Rs 28,000 for one year.
