Project: 'Design Of An Optical Transmitter Using Optimized DFB Laser And EDFA'

Essential Qualification:
1. First class B.E. B. Tech. or 6.5 CGPA in Electronics & Communication Engineering ;
2. First class or 6.5 CGPA in M.E. / M. Tech. in Electronics & Communication or in relevant branch of Electronics & Communication Engineering; and
3. The applicant should have studied Optical fibre related subject /subjects at B. Tech and /or M. Tech. level.
Desirable:
1. Specialization in Optical fibre communication, Optoelectronic devices.
2. Working Knowledge of Opto electronic simulation tools / device simulation tools etc.
3. Working knowledge of operations research (optimization techniques)
