1. Position: Junior Research Fellow
2. Number of Position: 01 (one)
3. Requirements:
a) Essential: Knowledge and understanding of fundamentals of thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics, good programming skills in Fortran / C / C++ / Matlab / Python equivalent programming language.
b) Desirable: Good knowledge in data postprocessing software like Matlab / Tecplot / Paraview / equivalent software.
4. Duration: 01 year or completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
5. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 31,000/- (per month inclusive of HRA)
6. Eligibility: One of the following criteria is mandatory:
a) M.Tech/ME in Mechanical/Chemical/Aerospace Engineering with specialization / demonstrable knowledge in Thermal & Fluid Sciences or closely related areas. Or
b) B.Tech./BE in Mechanical/Chemical/Aerospace Engineering with good knowledge in Thermal & Fluid Sciences. (In such cases, the candidate should have the B.Tech./BE degree from centrally funded technical institutes where selection process involved national level examinations).
