Job Description
Applications are invited for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the Council of Scientific and
Industrial Research (CSIR) funded research project (No. 22(0792)/19/EMR-II).
Title of the Research Project: “Photocatalytic active transparent glass ceramics for waste water
treatment”.
Salary Consolidated: Rs.31,000/- INR p.m.
Essential Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical or M.E./M.Tech in Materials or B.E/B.Tech
in Mechanical Engineering with 70% Aggregate or equivalent CGPA. Candidate must be GATE
qualified.
Desirable Qualification:
o Hands-on experience with instrumentation and characterization techniques
like SEM, XRD, UV-vis, TEM etc.
o Knowledge of any CAE software/Material modelling software, Knowledge
of MATLAB programming
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 28 years.
