JRF Microbiology recruitment in Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB)
Title : "Membrane-spanning peptide pores for single-molecule sensing"
Qualification : The candidate must have good academic record with a minimum of 70% marks in Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics or Biochemistry. Candidates with M.Tech degree are also eligible to apply. Desirable Qualification: Qualification in National Eligibility Test (CSIR-UGC NET/GATE). Experience in working with membrane proteins, biophysical analysis of proteins, single-molecule techniques, synthetic cells, nanosciences, molecular biology, analytical chemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry.

Emoluments: Rs.25,000
Duration: 3 years or till termination of the project, whichever is earlier. The initial appointment will be given for one year and further extension will be based on the performance.
