JRF Microbiology Jobs opportunity in Bharathidasan University
Title of the project: Construction of genomic library of Edwardsiella tarda and identification of in vivo expressed proteins for its immunoprotective potential in Indian common carp (L.rohita) (funded by the DBT, Government of India, New Delhi).
Essential qualifications: M.Sc/M.Tech (Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences) or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5 grade points on a scale of 10). For SC/ST category, the candidate must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate score (6.0 grade points on a scale of 10) in masters’ degree. CSIR/UGC-NET/DBT-JRF/ICMRJRF/GATE qualified candidates will be given preference.

Age limit: 28 years.
Fellowship amount: Rs.25,000 + HRA/p.m for first two years and Rs.28,000 + HRA/p.m for third year as per DBT guidelines and norms
