JRF Microbiology/Research Assistant/Insect Collector job recruitment in ICMR-Regional Medical Research Centre Port Blair
Name of the Project: Phytochemical Investigation And Anti-Malarial Activity Evaluation of Medicinal Plants Used By Indigenous Tribes of A & N Islands.
JRF Microbiology/1 -GEN
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology and Biology with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in Medicine or Engineering (Biotechnology /Bioinformatics) with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Medicine or Engineering. (Biotechnology/Bioinformatics).
Desirable: Working experience in Malaria culturing in-vitro and in-vivo studies. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Pay Scale: Rs.25000
Age Limit: 30 years
Research Assistant (Project Assistant)/ 1-SC Posts
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Zoology/medical entomology/molecular biology/ microbiology/ biotechnology from a recognized university with three years work experience from a recognized institution or Master's degree in relevant subject. Desirable: Working experience in microbiology/biotechnology/medical entomology. > Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Pay Scale: INR Rs.31,000/- per month
Age Limit: 28 years.
Insect Collector (Project Technician)/ 3 Posts(1- Gen,1-OBC,1- SC)
Educational Qualification: High School or equivalent with one year experience in laboratory/ Field work from a Government institution or recognized institute.
Pay Scale:Rs.16,000
Age Limit: 25 years
