JRF/ Project Assistant job Position in Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad

Project Title  :  Investigations into The Planning And Design Aspects Governing The Selective Coal Cutting Technology Using Surface Miner For Various Rock Conditions For Clean Coal Production

No. of Post  :  3 (JRF: 2 Nos. (One Mechanical Engineering + One Mining Engineering), Project Assistant: 1 Nos.)

Qualification  :

JRF 1 (Mechanical) : -   B.E. / B.Tech from IISc/IITs/NITs/IISERs/IIITs and other centrally funded institutions with first class or B.E. / B.Tech and M.E / M.Tech with first class in Mechanical Engineering (Design/ CAD/CAM/ Production/Piping/ manufacturing/ Aeronautical etc.) / Mining Machinery Engineering with Design, Modeling and Analysis using FEA software.

JRF 2 (Mining):-  B.E. / B.Tech from IISc/IITs/NITs/IISERs/IIITs and other centrally funded institutions with first class or B.E. / B.Tech and M.E / M.Tech with first class in Mining Engineering/Opencast Mining.

Project Assistant (PA):-  Diploma or BE / B.Tech. in Mining Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics Engg. with first class.

Desirable :  Work experience in Modeling and simulation using softwares or any R&D organizations.

Fellowship :

JRF : Rs. 31,000/- pm for 1st and 2nd Years, Rs. 35,000/- pm for 3nd Year+ 16% HRA

PA: Rs. 15,000/- pm for 1st and 2nd Years and 3 nd Year.

Age Limit :  The upper age limit is 30 years for JRF, 28 years for PA on the last date of submission of the application (Age relaxation for SC / ST / PH / OBC as per GOI rules).
