Essential Qualifications: Potential candidates should have B.Tech/B.E. in ECE/ EE/Instrumentation (with valid GATE score) or M.Sc. in Electronics Science (valid NET or GATE score preferable) or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks or MS or M.Tech./M.E. in Microelectronics/VLSI/ECE/Nanoscience & Technology/Material Science.
Desirable Knowledge/Interest in: Semiconductor Device Physics, Device Electronics for Circuits ,Semiconductor Device Fabrication and Characterizations. Experimental Research
Age Limit: 27 years
Fellowship (Consolidated): Rs. 12000/- to 25000/- INR (Depending on qualifications, experiences and post offered)
Title of the Project:“Development of Gallium Oxide based Next Generation Power and Sensor Devices”
