Project Title : Spectroscopic and biophysical investigation of membrane protein folding and function

Vacancies: Three Total In Two Posts (POST A, POST B)

Qualification (POST A): First class M. Sc./ M. Tech./ B. Tech. degree in Physics, Physical Sciences, Physical Chemistry from a recognized university or institute. Must be an Indian national. Candidate must have a strong aptitude for Biophysics and Protein Biochemistry. Candidate must have thorough understanding of spectroscopy, thermodynamics, and biophysical chemistry. Prior experience in these areas is highly desirable. Qualification (POST B): First class M. Sc./ M. Tech./ B. Tech. degree in Life Sciences with specialization in Biochemistry and/or Biophysics from a recognized university or institute. Must be an Indian national. Candidate must have a strong aptitude for Biophysics and Protein Biochemistry. Candidate must have thorough understanding of spectroscopy, thermodynamics, and biophysical chemistry. Prior experience in these areas is highly desirable

Salary: Rs. 25,000/- p.m. (for candidates with valid GATE/JRF). Rs. 12,000/- p.m. (for candidates without GATE/JRF). HRA of 20% p.m. will be provided additionally.

Age: Applicant should not have completed 25 years of age at the time of application.

Minimum tenure: 2 year
