Name of the Research Project : Preparing a size based database of North Indian Ocean cyclones and studying their meteorological characteristics using scatterometer products and two numerical models during warming climate scenario
Essential Qualifications and experience : First division throughout carrier with 65% marks or above in M.Sc. or M.Sc. Tech. or M.Tech.(Physics/Math./Atmospheric Science /Meteorology /Space Science / Equivalent). M.Sc. or M.Sc. Tech. candidates must be NET or GATE qualified for registering in PhD. Desirable Qualifications/ Experiences : Prior working experience in WRF & MATLAB / FORTRAN / C

Fellowship : RS. 25000/- per month 1 st and 2nd year and Rs. 28000/- per month in 3 rd year.
