JRF Remote Sensing recruitment BIT Mesra
Name of the Research Project: “Refinement of existing algorithms for FeO and TiO2 mapping using HySI data and a comparative assessment of the HySI generated maps with that of Clementine and Moon Mineralogy Mapper-derived FeO and TiO2 products”
Department : Remote Sensing
Essential Qualifications and experience: M.Tech (Remote Sensing/ BE(Geoinformatics) with CGPA 7.0 or above/)/M.Sc. or M.Sc.Tech (Geoinformatics/Earth Science/Physics/Maths/Space Science) with 60% or above marks in qualifying degree. BE/M.Sc.candidates should be NET or GATE qualified.
Desirable Qualifications/ Experiences:Prior working experience in Remote Sensing &GIS preferably with working knowledge of ENVI and MATLAB software.
No.of Post: 1
Fellowship: RS. 25000/- per month; 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 28000/- per month in 3rd year. HRA @ 15%
