DRDO Project entitled “Electrically Tuneable 3 -3.45μm Quantum Cascade Laser for LiDAR Application” and “Design and Development of THz Quantum Cascade Laser”.

Essential :1. For JRF: Master degree in Physics/Electronics Science/ Applied Physics/Optics/Photonics or equivalent, First Class with UGC/CSIR-NET (@)
2. For SRF: ME/ M.Tech/M.Phil in Physics/Electronics Science/Applied Physics/Laser & Elcetro-optics/ Laser Technology/ Applied Optics/Photonics/ Opto-Electronics and Optical Communication/ Electronics Engg./ Electronics & Comm. Engg. or equivalent First Class (@) Or Master degree in Physics/Electronics Science/ Applied Physics/Optics/Photonics or equivalent with Two-year research experience above the area of specialization
Desirable: 1. Should have good knowledge of Quantum mechanics, Computational physics, Laser Technology/Fiber Laser/ Applied optics/Micro & nanofabrication. 2. Candidate with the Master dissertation in experimental nanophotonics/ Silicon photonics using cleanroom tool will be prefered
Age: Not to exceed 28 Years for JRF and 30 Year for SRF (*) Rs. 31000/- per month for JRF and 35000/- per month for SRF
