Project Title: Mathematical study of honeybee populations in random environments-linking disease and parasite
Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/Research Associate Engineering/Technology (RA)-01 post
Eligibility: 1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Sc. or equivalent degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA and valid NET/GATE score.
2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF): (i) M.Sc., BE, B.Tech, or equivalent degree, and at least two years of Post-MSc, BE, BTech, research experience, as evidenced from published papers in standard refereed journals; (ii) ME, M.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering/Technology and passing of NET/GATE test 3. Research Associate (RA): Ph.D. or equivalent degree OR having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after ME/M.Tech and passing of NET/GATE test
4. Senior Research Fellow (Extended): Those who have submitted PhD thesis can also be selected for RAship provisionally as SRF (extended), for one year only pending award of PhD degree, through interview and they have to get regularized as RA after award of PhD degrees but within one year.
Note: Age relaxation for SC/ST/PH/OBC/Women candidates is as per CSIR and Institute rules, as applicable.
Emoluments: JRF: Rs. 12,000/- per month SRF: Rs. 14,000/-per month RA: Rs. 36,000/-per month SRF (extended): Rs 20,000/- per month
Duration: Initially one year and extended upto project tenure subject to satisfactory performance
The upper age limit for JRF, SRF, SRF (extended) and RA is 28, 32, 33 and 35 years respectively as on the day on which the application is made.
