Name of the Project : DST – SERB funded project entitled “A wholegenome based reduced representation approach for identification of seedless phenotype in banana (Musa spp.)”
Name of the Post : Junior Research Fellow
Number of Post : One
Fellowship : Rs.31,000/- + 16% HRA per month for first two years(as per DST guidelines) Rs.35,000/- + 16% HRA per month for the third year
Essential Qualification : First class in M.Sc. (Bioinformatics / Biotechnology) with NET
Desirable : 1. Ph.D. (Bioinformatics / Biotechnology) with NET 2. In handling NGS data for 1-2 years

Fellowship : Rs.15,000/- (consolidated) per month(as per ICAR guidelines)
Essential Qualification : First class in B.Sc. (Bioinformatics / Biotechnology / Plant Breeding & Genetics)
Desirable : 1. M.Sc. (Bioinformatics / Biotechnology / Plant Breeding & Genetics) 2. Hands on experience in Molecular technology for 1-2 years
