Junior Academic Administrator  job Position in IIIT Bhubaneswar on contract basis

Qualification :  Degree from a recognized University.

Skills :  1. Working Knowledge on academic administration including admission, examinations, results, scholarships, attendance, feedback, etc 2. Should be conversant with Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail and should have a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM in English

Experience :  Post Qualification experience is desirable.

Remuneration :  Rs.7,000 to Rs.16,000

Application Fee :  Demand Draft of Rs.500/- in favour of 'IIIT BHUBANESWAR' and payable at Bhubaneswar on the date of Written Test/Practical Test scheduled on 14.01.2019.

Selection Procedure :

Shortlisted Candidates shall attend a Written Test/Practical Test scheduled on 14.01.2019 at 12:00 NOON in IIIT Bhubaneswar Office at Gothapatana. Only shortlisted candidates need to report at the Institute on 14.01.2019 at 09:00 A.M. along with Original and a set of duplicate education and experience testaments.

The registration for Written Test/Practical Test is from 09:OOA.M. to 11:00 A.M. on 14.01.2019. Candidates arriving after 11:00 A.M. on 14.01.2019 for the written Test shall not be entertained. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
