Job Description
- Process weekly/Bi-Weekly/Semi Monthly/Monthly Client Time sheets
- Process weekly/Bi-Weekly/Semi Monthly/Monthly Client Invoices
- Track incoming Accounts Receivable
- support activities including for A/R, A/P, invoicing
- Follow up with customers on past due invoices
- Good experience in QuickBooks
- Act as backup in the preparation and maintenance of payroll records
- Conducts internal audits and prepares reports
- Provide back up for other accounting team members
- Excellent communication skill is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge in Excel.
- Work Hours : Night Shift (US Eastern Standard Time)
- Location : Annanagar,Chennai.
