Job Description
- Responsible for up-to-date and accurate data entry and timely preparation of the following reports/activities periodically:
- Data entry in Tally ERP
- Bank reconciliation in Tally & Reporting in Excel
- Preparing Advance Income Tax Challan
- Service Tax working
- TDS working & eTDS return data
- Sales Tax report
- Form Fill up & uploading of TDS Return, Service Tax Return, PT Return & Sales Tax Return
- Preparing Weekly MIS (e.g. Receivable & Payable Statements)
- After preparing send the documents related to Bank/ Service tax/TDS/ Bank Stock/ Sales Tax payment/forms to Sr. Accountant for verification.
- Responsible for maintaining the data and files of the clients in respect of various statutory compliances and other activities.
JOB KNOWLEDGE
- Working knowledge of Accounting.
- Working knowledge of TALLY software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word/Excel and Emails).
