Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Handling

- Daily Core Accounting Work of Overseas Clients

- Salary Processing

- With Holding Taxes (TDS) compliance and monthly returns

- Monthly GST Returns compliance for respective clients

- Quarterly Profit & Loss Reports

- Ledger Reconciliations

- Finalisation of Accounts

- Regular e-mail Communication with Clients, local CA firms, and Vendors

- Conference Calls, Skype Calls & WhatsApp calls with Clients

- Training (if required) will be provided by the Employer on all the above job description

Accounting Platform

- Books of Accounts to be maintained in Xero Online Software

- Training in Xero will be provided by the Employer

Desired Candidate Profile

-Capable of handling books of accounts independently

- Good e-mail writing skill is a Must

- Experience in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook is a Must

- Exposure to Xero Online or /and Quick Books Software will be an added advantage

- Understanding Tax Laws will be an added advantage

- Prior experience in Accounting for Overseas firms/companies will be an added advantage

Experience:  0.00 Years to 1.00 years

Annual CTC: Rupees  23500/- to 27500/-

Other Salary Details: For a Suitable Candidate, Higher Salary will not be a constraint
