Job Description

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial statements.

Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.

Maintain ledgers and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.

Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with tax preparation.

Support the budgeting process and provide financial insights.

Proven proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).

Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

Assist with other accounting projects

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
