- Proficient in 2D/3D drafting tools like Autocad, 3Dsmax, sketchup with v-ray etc.
- Doing estimation in Excel
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge in Green building concepts preferable.
