Job Description

Job Profile

Follow-up regularly with overdue and delinquent accounts over calls, emails, sms and collect due amount within specified time frames.
Achieve the targeted resolution of overdue accounts in respective buckets every month.
Regularise overdue accounts
Help external recovery agencies in their functioning

Desired Skills and Experience

At least 1 years’ collection experience – in a bank/NBFC for unsecured loans.
Proficiency in English, and Hindi will be highly desired.
Familiarity with MS Office (MS Excel and MS word)
You must be self-motivated individual with “Can do” attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

Education Qualification

Any Bachelors degree (Masters Degree not required)
